Sir Roger Townshend, of Raynham (c. 1544 – 30 June 1590) was an English servant of Thomas Howard, 4th Duke of Norfolk and Philip Howard, 20th Earl of Arundel.
He was the only son of Richard Townshend of Brampton and grandson and heir of Roger Townshend (1477-1551). In February 1565, he was declared of age to inherit the holdings of his great-grandfather (Sir Roger Townshend). However, he chose to instead serve the Duke of Norfolk as his man of business rather than become a gentleman.
He died in Stoke Newington on 30 June 1590 and is buried at St Giles Cripplegate.
